The Gangster House

144 ft in height, with no true design to follow,
the richest gangster in Archangelsk, Russia,
built and added to this incredible structure at random intervals over the years.

Hallgrímskirkja

A church in Reykjavík, Iceland.

Built in 1992 this is very art deco in style built when art deco was already dieing.

Amazingly at 75 meters tall this is the fourth tallest structure in Iceland.

I feel its main appeal is the stark and barren land behind it.

Dior Homme

Dior Homme for Fall/Winter 08 (even Spring/Summer 08) was hardly impressive with boring suits that resemble a basic 100 dollar suit that has been slightly altered for 50 bucks.

There was one striking exception...
This hanging scarf was the most avant-garde item in the collection
but adds such a wonderful level of mysterious, sexy, intimidating appeal to the model
that I had to add it to the blog.

Design by God

The newest in fashion: Zebra - Horse hybrids.

The model above is named Eclyse.

She is found at a safari-zoo in Holte-Stukenbrock near the western German city of Bielefeld.
It is rare that a hybrid shows this 'patchwork' like coat.

Look at the lines in this hybrid.
No designer, from Ford to Johnson, could come up with this.

Gresham Palace

Gresham Palace in Budapest is one of the finest examples of Art Nouveau.

Built in 1827 it was at first neo-classical in design.

Originally the building was an office and place of stay for British Aristrocrates visiting and doing business in Hungary.

Now it operates as a Four Seasons and can therefore be enjoyed by the public - for a price.

Tristan

Tristan & AMERICA is now simply Tristan.

Perhaps America is not as appealing internationally anymore?
Yo George.

They are also using a gorgeous reindeer for their fall/winter collection.

Great Wall

Although you cant take it home...

A necklace for the mountains of China?
